Financial Oversight and Management
Accurate and timely financial record keeping and reporting is critical. Pinnacle has partnered with Jenark, a national property management software, that leads the industry with reliable technology. Financial statements and reports are prepared and forwarded to the Board each month that include, but aren't limited to:
- Accounts Receivable Report
- Balance Sheet
- Bank Reconciliation of All Accounts
- Budget Comparison Report
- Operating Budget
- Cash Disbursement Report
Association financial records are maintained in a comprehensive and accessible manner. Pinnacle also offers management in the areas of investment funds, insurance policies, annual audits, tax reporting, budget ratification and will customize this management per the Association's demand.
