Erica Hensley, Association Manager
Erica joined Pinnacle in 2008 leasing up a tax-credit apartment building downtown Portland, then transitioned to the Association Division managing condominium and single family communities in the greater metro area. Erica received her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon, and currently holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.
Joanna Herrick, Association Manager
Joanna joined the Portland Association division of Pinnacle in 2010 bringing over 11 years of experience in business management and operations. Her diverse background includes accounting, financial analysis, budget preparation and forecasting, cost control, operations analysis, marketing and advertising, vendor relations and customer service. This broad background allows her to approach each association as an individual business, and can assist each property board with their unique needs. Joanna obtained a BA from the University of Rochester and currently holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.
Sean Rogers, Association Manager
A University of Oregon Graduate, Sean has 17 years experience managing a variety of operations from hotels and restaurants, to commercial and high-rise residential real estate. Sean holds both a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers as well as an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Association Institute. He has successfully lead teams of as many as 85 employees and department heads, and managed budgets exceeding one million in annual revenue. He has started up several restaurants, hotels, and high-rise condominiums. Before Pinnacle, Sean began his own divisional LLC, leading a team of 40 employees and providing service to over 2000 homes, while holding a position of V.P. of Hospitality. A father of two, Sean stays active in the Northwest outdoor community. |
