Deke Turner, Vice President, Association Division

Deke Turner has 16 years of practical, hands-on experience in property management and corporate operations. His broad range of expertise includes finance, accounting, marketing, strategic planning, acquisitions, project management and operations. His strict focus on internal control procedures provides maximum assurance that association financial matters are being handled with care, competency and professionalism. Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2001, Deke managed the business process risk consulting group of a Big 5 accounting firm. He also owned and managed his own consulting and auditing business. He earned his degree in finance from Seattle University and is a member of the Community Associations Institute. Deke holds both a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers as well as an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Association Institute.

Ann Hart, Association Manager

Ann Hart joined Pinnacle in 2010 bringing eleven years combined experience in residential real estate, single and multi-family property management and the senior housing industry. Ann also brings the invaluable experience of having served on a condominium board of directors. Her experience in these different markets has provided her with the ability to understand issues from multiple perspectives and present creative solutions. Her effective communication skills and attention to detail allow her to provide excellent customer service and continually surpass the expectations of her clients.

Megan Pennington, Association Manager

Megan brings nearly 10 years of combined property management and association management experience to Pinnacle. With an extensive background in construction defect remediation project management, transition of apartment to condominium communities and special project oversight of exterior remediation up to $4.5 million in value she brings a special skill set to her owners not found in many managers. Her ability to advocate for her board, find the best vendors for the job and her outstanding reputation in the industry give her an inside edge in assisting her boards.

Ria Blake, Association Manager

Ria Blake began her career in the property management industry in 1987, and has been with Pinnacle since 1991. Throughout her career she has held the positions of Investment Manager, Quality Control Director, Project Manager and Business Manager, giving her a wide range of experience to draw from and expert knowledge of the interconnection among these varied facets of operating a community. She has managed portfolios of up to 18 properties, including market, student housing, tax credit communities, and homeowner associations. Ria currently holds a WA Real Estate License and is a member of CAI.  Her background in troubleshooting and assisting member communities provides her the leadership skills necessary to effectively assist Board of Directors.

Rich Faires, Association Manager

Rich Faires is responsible for management of homeowner, condominium and master planned community associations in the Puget Sound region. Rich comes to Pinnacle from the Klahanie Homeowner's Association in Issaquah, Washington. As executive director/community manager, Rich was responsible for management of a community of 3,200 homes and provided direction for the Klahanie homeowner association consisting of 60 committee members and seven board members.  Earlier in his career, Rich was a broker with Primewest Financial in Seattle, Washington. Rich has a degree in business administration and accounting from Western Washington University and received a Non Profit Program Certificate from the University of Washington.
